Janet – Secretary’s report for September was approved as posted. Motion to approve as posted was made, seconded, and approved by all.
Garrick – Treasurer’s report for October was approved. Motion to approve as read, was made and seconded. Report was approved by all.
Mark – Vice President and Facilities – No report from Mark, however, Brian and Allan did comment on the work done at the Archery Range. Trees were cut and lanes were cleared. Archery range road was cleared as well. Thank you to Russ Weldon for the use of his excavator. Brian made a motion to give Russ a one-year membership as a thank you for the same. Mark said if the Club had to pay for the rental of this machine, it would have cost approximately $1000.
Allan mentioned that he purchased grade stakes and paint. He painted the grade stakes with 5 different colors to give us extra for the upcoming GSB Shoots.

2022 Membership opened on 11/1. You can now renew and open to new members.
Code coming for Board Members who received a free membership.
Life Members have to renew each year.

Range Officer Report – Clarence
Rifle Range – 10/23/21 RO Bob Boudreau reported finding empty 12 gauge shot shells on RR. 10/29/21 RO Chris Stickles – 50 yd lanes, found 12 gauge shot wads. Most likely part of Bob’s find.
Pistol Range – No reported issues.
Patterning Range – No reported issues.
RO Status: Chief, deputy, RO 15 for a total of 17. Four newly appointed Ros Seth Howard, Andrew Nanna, Chad Lamper and Scott Beliveau attended an in-person Orientation on 10/23/21. Also attending were Ros Dean Dalpe, Pierre Bakis, Bob Boudreau, Chris Stickles, Ed Auletta, Tony Ford, DCRO Ed Robinson and CRO Clarence Wyatt

Remarks: Thanks to all the Ros for their effort in keeping the ranges safe. Lanyards/sleeves are in the range cabinets.

Skeet-Trap – Tony – No report as Tony was not in attendance.
Old Business – Adam
Thank you to all who ran the Running Deer Shoot. (Allan, Janet, Bill Chase, Lou Mattia, Tony Ford and Chris Stickles)
Clarence mentioned that the lights in the ranges were awesome.
Security cameras are complete – working a few loose ends.
New Business – Adam
Welcomed new Director, Chris Stickles as well as the new Range Officers who were in attendance.
Adam had his AED/Trauma training at work and he may be able to have this same person do this training for the Club. He will get more information.
Fish & Game Commissioner for Strafford County would like to come into our January meeting to introduce himself. He may want to use the club house for their meetings. All in attendance were agreeable to this.
Barry Camp – Christy mentioned that they would be open for the upcoming Summer. We have 4 children that were not able to go due to the Covid situation and they would have first choice to go this year. If they do not want to go or cannot go, please contact Christy if you know someone that would like to go. We pay for 4 attendees each year.
The Board of Directors have begun to review the By-laws and will have more to present to the Membership in the near future.
Adam will get the new lock/keypad for the Clubhouse door.
Frank Winterer, a Club member mentioned that Coyote Creek had a Winter archery league and it might be fun to get some members from the club to attend, so that they can be ready to shoot in the Spring.
