Required Orientation for New Members
The Executive Board and Directors spent many hours discussing how best to address new membership. Safety is #1, hence attending the orientation is REQUIRED by all adult new members after being voted into the Club by the Membership before receiving membership cards. Both the Primary Member and the Spouse/Partner on a Family Membership have to attend orientation before having access to the Ranges, ID cards will not be available unless both have attended orientation.
New members will be presented for voting at the first Members Meeting following receipt of their application. New members will receive an email to inform them of their acceptance and date/time of orientation. Orientation for new members will typically be held on the third Saturday of the month at the Club house at 9:00 and is expected to take approximately two hours. All adult members must attend an Orientation before receiving their membership card and purchasing Guest Passes. Orientation frequency will be determined by the number of new applications.
