Treasurer’s report was read and accepted. Clarence asked about the computer charges. Ernie said that it was for services above and beyond the usual fee. Motion made and accepted to agree to the charges.
OLD BUSINESS
Clarence inquired as to whether or not the meeting minutes were going out to the Board only. Yes, minutes go to the board before they are sent to Rose for the website. There was some discussion regarding the codes for the gate. When members can access the same and how they were going to be changed for next year.
NEW BUSINESS
Membership Brian Fuller indicated that there were 7 new members. Rose will handle when she returns. Motion made to accept new members, seconded and all in favor.

Mark asked if there were enough targets. Clarence mentioned that an order was just placed.
Range Officers
No issues for the past month. One suggestion was to put the sunset time up on the board at the range. Would be helpful for those who don’t have a phone with them. Suggested putting applications for the club at the ranges. Really don’t want to do that because they should be using the computer to join the club.
Archery – May have one shoot this fall. Barry looking for some to take over archery range.
Running Deer – No update.
Kid’s Fishing Day – No update.
Pack 859 – No update.
Dam Report – No update.
Wildlife Federation – No update.
Skeet
Dave Smith said skeet was going fine. He is having trouble with one machine. It’s been in excess of 15 years since it has been rebuilt. May need to get it rebuilt again, however, the gentleman who took care of it the last time is retired. He will check out where he can send the same and give the board an update. Could cost up to $2,000 to rebuild.
Website/Facebook. No report as Rose was not at meeting.
Other News:
Beth Elliot from the Seacoast Friends of NRA reminded everyone about the upcoming dinner. It was mentioned that the club would purchase a table for $360.00. Motion made and seconded. All in favor. Beth also had raffle tickets available for anyone who wanted to purchase the same.
Chris Dupont is working on inputting information regarding gate security on the computer. Once orientation is done, he can then put the information into the computer so that new members will have their gate code immediately.
Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
