Old Business:
Mark asked Ed about the AED’s and if there was a possibility of any grants for them. Ed stated his meeting was cut short due to how busy they are. Barry is going to look into the ones the courts have.

SUGGESTIONS:
-Rifle and pistol range flag rope too tight, difficult to attach to bottom of pole.
Resolution: Extend rope on both ranges.
-RR shooting AK & AR rifles spews empties into other shooting stations
Resolution: Curtains between stations. SIDE NOTE: A member had a brass catcher attached to his AR receiver/ejection area that caught the expended casings.
Remarks:
-Put .22 cal cleaning rod and wasp spray in both rifle and pistol range lockers.
-Two members are in the process of becoming range officers: Ed Auletta and Zachary Kidd
-Thanks to Clarence Cullen and Tony Ford for helping with the orientation class.
-Thanks to all Range Officers for their input and support of the program.
Skeet: Going great. 2 pallets short of filling the storage container. Dave’s father took the motor to get it looked at, the issue was a $200.00 valve. Dave came across a window at Home Depot for $75.00 and miscellaneous parts costing about $150.00. Approved to go ahead.
Archery: Barry said Ed and George Crisp are coordinating to build a new bench for the archery range. Barry tried redoing the targets and they don’t seem to be working. We may have to go to bags. Barry went to see about getting shirts made, he got an estimate for 3 dozen t-shirts, totaling $365.00. Motion made and passed.
Running Deer: Attendance is picking up. Barry said they are looking at other events to try to increase attendance. Barry spoke about advertising the running deer more.
Facebook/Website: 25 guest passes were sold.
NHWF: Rose had a letter regarding the meeting with Governor Sununu regarding the launch on Sunapee.
Other Business: Mark spoke about how they put more hay on the pistol range. They also got the new underground conduit all in and buried and the fence has been started.
Dam: Mark said it was sprayed and should be done every 2 years.
Meeting adjourned at 8:08pm.
