Ernie discussed the perks of being on the board of directors, executive board, range officer or a lifetime member. Perks would be free guest passes and clothing at club’s cost. If anyone steps down from board of directors, the executive board or as a range officer, those perks are immediately revoked.
Ernie made a motion that all current Range Offices, Board of Directors, Executive Board and Life members may bring in guests at no charge and receive club clothing at club cost, seconded by Lou. 1 opposed. Motion passed.
Clarence Cullen recommended that a guest pass should not be needed for someone not shooting but in the ranges, out of the way, observing. However, a discretionary waiver should be considered.

Rose spoke about archery as Barry was not in attendance. Barry would like to do a 3D shoot in September 2018. 19 shooters showed up at June 25th shoot, found out we were competing against statewide championship shoot.
Dave recently received clays from Rochester Walmart and it was the most painless experience. He has stated that as long as they want to supply the clays for the price they have been honoring, he will go get them.
50 members signed up since we have gone live with online memberships. Hopefully will be opened up to existing members to renew. Sent Adam the new application as the old application was still on website.
Mark discussed the ledge issue on the Pistol Range. THere is so much lead on the pistol range that is bouncing back when it hits the berm. This is being addressed.
