OLD BUSINESS- Did we find out if we have any NRA affiliation? We do not send a check, most likely not.

 

NEW BUSINESS – Ernie read an Article from the union leader regarding a gun club closing their ranges due to a stray bullet ending up in someone’s home. He is stating that cameras may be a good idea. Flyer will be sent out. Send him anything that should be added to the flyer’s.

 

MEMBERSHIPS – 1126, new 16, total 1142, approved.

 

SKEET – Awesome. Machines behaving. Snowed and rained on. Walmart still honoring price for clay pigeons. Cold, number of shooters are down.

 

RANGE USAGE REPORT –

Rifle range – 60 members, 5 guests, 12 r/o

Pistol range –  113 members, 12 guests, 18 r/o

Skeet –  46 shooters

 

RANGE REPORT – On the rifle range, 100 22 shells were found. Flags still working. Range Officer class was completed. Some of it was informative. Garrick had an individual that jammed his gun and he was able to assist. 1 suggestion, put some salt and sand around door. Clarence put buckets of sand out.

COMMISSIONERS REPORT-

 

HUNTERS SAFETY – Classes are Tuesday, Aug 22nd 6pm-9pm, Saturday, Aug 26th 8am-4pm, Sun, Aug 27th 8am-3pm. All dates approved

 

RUNNING DEER SHOOT – On Sunday’s in October and September.
