MINUTES FOR THE MEMBERS MEETING
May 8, 2019

Meeting was called to order by President, Bob Chase at 7:00 p.m.
Pledged allegiance to the flag.
Roll call was read by Mark and accepted.
Secretary’s report for Annual Member’s Meeting held on April 10, 2019 was read and accepted. All in favor.
Treasurer’s report was read by Garrick Locke and accepted. All in favor.
Rose – 21 new members, names were read and accepted. One person wanting to become a member said he had a violation from the NH Fish & Game Dept. – Rose will not present name until he clarifies violation.

Rifle Range – 146 members, 11 guests and 24 RO visits. No suggestions. Target changed on 4/25: 2-4-6-8 No Suggestions
Pistol Range –177 members, 7 guests and 26 RO visits. No targets changed. No suggestions.
Pattern range – 1 member.
Dave said all is going great, no issues, machines are working great.
Clarence – No issues at Pistol Range. One suggestion that the targets are really shot up and should be changed more often. Rifle Range – one person was cross shooting, had to speak to member regarding same.
Ed said it is tick season, be aware. Also snapping turtles have been seen, have seen them coming out of the pond, leave them alone if you see them.
Allan and Janet have been to a few GSB shoots to see how they are run for our upcoming shoot on June 30. Allan will be calling a meeting with volunteers to see what needs to be done prior to shoot and the day of the shoot. Brian will begin his Thursday archery shoots on June 6. We will advertise both the GSB Shoot and Brian’s Thursday night archery shoots in the Hawkeye. Around $75.00 to do so. Deadline if 5/24. Christy said that she would help make a flyer for the shoots to post on facebook.
Kids Fishing Day – Working on getting things done and ready for 5/19. We have a quick meeting after this meeting.
Fish and Game – no update.
Waiting to hear back from Lisa Gelinas regarding KFD.
Dam – doing fine.
National Wildlife Federation
No update – Tony was not at meeting
Rose said that Adam is workings on updates, everything is going well. Red flag warning is up and running and they are working to make the website more phone friendly.
Rose said 3 boys are definitely going and she will be working with Christy regarding Barry Camp for next year.
