MINUTES FOR THE MEMBERS MEETING
November 14, 2018
Approximately 15 Members in Attendance
Meeting was called to order by President, Bob Chase at 7:00 p.m.
Pledged allegiance to the flag.
Roll call was read and accepted.
Secretary’s report for Member’s Meeting on October 10, 2018 was read and accepted. All in favor.
Treasurer’s report was read by Garrett Locke. Report was read and accepted. All in favor.
From 10/10/18 to about 2:30 today their were 51 guest passes sold ($510.00).
Read list of new members, motion made, seconded and all approved.
Total of membership is now 1,056.
No report as Dave Smith was not in attendance.
Chris Dupont was not in attendance and Ed Robinson read the range usage report.
Pistol Range – 120 members, 16 guests and 14 RO visits. Targets 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 were changed on 10/23
Patterning Range – No usage reported, target changed. Rose Ham will put a reminder on the website reminding people that if they use the patterning range they need to sign in at the rifle range and make sure to put up the flag.
Rifle Range – 177 members, 23 guest and 20 RO visits. Targets 4, 6 and 7 were changed on 10/23.
2 suggestions for moving benches for position shooting.
Clarence Wyatt was not in attendance, nothing to report, per Ed Robinson. 12 range officers as of now.
Archery – Barry Carr was not in attendance – Allan Thorell reported that the club allotted $2,000 for new targets. Barry negotiated with Coyote Creek and purchased 8 new targets and a foam block to replace the 20 yard target at the practice range all for $1,681.00, and saved the club over $300.00. Barry will pick them up on Saturday and get the invoice to Ernie Frongillo.
Fish and Game
Barry Carr was not in attendance – nothing to report.
All done with the Running Deer shoot this year. Bill Kaspriski will order new targets for next year. Machine seems to be running fine. Bill and Debbie did some painting at the pistol range and running deer.
Still waiting for Scott Goodspeed to email Janet Thorell the dates for use of the club.
National Wildlife Federation
No news as we do not have a representative from the Club. If anyone is interested, please see any of the executive board.
Going great with renewals. Lots of guest passes purchased in the last two weeks. Any one of the club members that has gotten a deer, send Rose Ham a picture and she will post to the club site.
Rose Ham – Barry Conservation Camp – She will call 3 boys to confirm what classes they want.
